RETURN POLICY
At BYJULZJEWELLEY, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with every purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your piece, we offer a refund.
Eligibility for Refunds:
- Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date. Please do not send items outside of this time-frame as they will be refused.
- The item must be in its original condition, unworn, and undamaged.
- All original packaging must be returned intact.
- Customised or personalised items are not eligible for return.
- Earrings and pierced items can not be returned due to hygiene reasons.
- Sale items are final and we cannot refund this.
How to Initiate a Return:
- Contact our customer service team at info@byjulzjewellery.com to request a return.
- Provide your order number, the name of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions for sending the item(s) back to us.
Return Shipping:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item(s).
Refund Process:
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
- Refunds will be issued for the cost of the item(s) returned, excluding any return shipping charges.
Exchanges:
- Unfortunately we do not exchange.
